It is forbidden to: publish content promoting violence, hate, or illegal activities; use the platform for prostitution or illegal escort services; harass, threaten, or impersonate other users; use bots or automated tools; share contact details in public photos to avoid SPAM.

ECONOMIC CONDITIONS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS: Payments are made via secure gateways. Charges will appear as the payment processor or MERKA PIÑA SL. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Once premium content is accessed, the right of withdrawal is lost as the service has been executed.

USER CONTENT OWNERSHIP: By uploading content, the user grants MERKA PIÑA SL a free, worldwide license to display it within the platform. The user guarantees they own the images and do not infringe on third-party rights.
